  • Q: What makes Vegetable Juices, Inc. different from other suppliers?

    A: We offer an extensive selection of freshly sourced vegetables and herbs from our strategic network of growers. Our vast processing capabilities deliver a range of forms including juices, purees, concentrates, dices, and blends to meet our customers’ application needs. Our R&D and marketing experts ensure that our ingredients will make your products successful.

  • Q: Do you provide culinary and R&D assistance?

    A: Yes. We have an expert team of R&D professionals with culinary expertise working in our state-of-the-art R&D facility. In addition, our sales team will help identify trends and guide the culinary process with the team.

  • Q: Are your vegetables and herbs grown in the USA?

    A: Most of our vegetables are grown on farms within the USA. Occasionally, there are specialized vegetables and herbs that we source elsewhere due to limited availability in the US. Because we strive to give you excellent quality we source vegetables near our processing sites whenever possible.

  • Q: In what forms are the vegetables available?

    A: Our Natural Ingredient Solution® line of products offers a variety of forms to meet all of your needs. This includes Concentrates, Juices, Purees and Dices. We use our unique capability to blend these different forms into simple, no-hassle formulas you can add to your products.

  • Q: Do you process fruit?

    A: We can process fruit, however our specialty is with vegetables. In general, our fruit processing capabilities depend on the type of fruit, whether it will be blended with other vegetables, and the quantities required. Contact a sales representative to discuss your needs.

  • Q: Do you have organic certifications?

    A: Yes, we have the Oregon Tilth Certified Organic (OTCO) certification. Oregon Tilth is one of the USDA NOP accredited certifiers. OTCO provides a system that combines strict production standards, on-site inspections, and legally binding contracts to protect the producers and buyers of organic products. OTCO has been offering organic certification services for more than 30 years and helped to develop the National Organic Standards used by the USDA. Oregon Tilth was one of the first to gain accreditation and begin offering organic certification under the USDA organic regulations.

  • Q: What is the best way to store your products?

    A: Storage conditions depend on the type of vegetable and the type of product that you requested. We produce products that can be stored at ambient temperature, refrigerated and frozen. Check the suggested storage conditions indicated on your product order, and if you need further assistance, please refer to the following:

    Ambient: Store at room temperature.
    Cooler: Store at 35-40 degrees.
    Freezer: Store at -10 to 0 degrees.

  • Q: What is the shelf life of your products?

  • Q: Is there a minimum order amount?

    A: Vegetable Juices Inc. is a supplier to food and beverage companies across the country, which typically require large volume. We are unfortunately not set up to sell small orders to the general public.
