Our Basic Beliefs are an expression of the values and principals that guide our company’s strategic behavior and direction. These beliefs serve as our primary set of lenses through which we view our daily behavior, decisions and processes.
Belief One – Quality: This belief is all-encompassing and applies not only to our products, but to everything we do…our products, our processes practices, our people, and our internal and external relationships. Our goal is to everyday autograph everything we say or do with excellence.
Belief Two – People: The key concept of this belief is reciprocal between our people and our company. VJI and its employees will interact respectfully both internally and externally, be responsive to the needs of customers and the organization and deliver results that drive growth and value creation.
Belief Three – Ethics: Much has been written about ethics, but it really is as simple as doing unto others as you would have others do unto you. In this, the essential thought to recall about what ethical behavior means at VJI is that nothing less is acceptable, no matter the circumstances.
Belief Four – Growth: The concept of growth can be vague, but at VJI it simply means always reaching for the potential, whether it is in the form of advancement, self-development or ideas to improve or develop products, services, efficiency, safety or quality.
