Randy assumes a strategic role in the overall management of the company. His responsibilities include planning, implementing, managing and controlling all of the company's financial activities as it relates to budget management, cost benefit analysis, financial reporting and forecasting needs. His results oriented approach has ensured a high level of working productivity across several functions within the organization.
Randy holds an accounting degree from Michigan Technological University, CPA and is a member of AICPA and ILCPAS.
Anthony Popielarz - VP of Innovation and Research
Anthony's responsibilities include the development of new products across beverage and savory applications. Furthermore, Anthony is dedicated to the development of extensive internal innovation expertise in order to accelerate the pace of new product launches. As a senior innovation leader he ensures that our products are effective and consistently leveraging the developing trends and latest technologies.
Anthony holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska Lincoln with a specialization in Agribusiness and a BS in chemistry from the State University of New York College at Fredonia.
Mark Witowski - VP of National Sales and Business Development
Mark is responsible for the leadership, development, management, and delivery of overall sales. Mark's strong focus on sales strategy, actions plans and tactical initiatives has consistently delivered on company and customer goals. Rick Marrese - Executive Director of Supply Chain Management
Rick's long-term experience with top food manufacturers has enabled him to implement full supply chain initiatives including purchasing, planning, logistics and warehousing and unique product offerings. Moreover, his ability to deliver sustainable and efficient supply chain management has positioned Vegetable Juices as a go-to company for year-round supply on many of its products.
Dawn Molski - Director of Marketing
Dawn is responsible for the formulation and execution of all marketing strategies and efforts. Her leadership approach has successfully led to the development and execution of clear corporate standards, company position and messaging. Dawn also oversees all press relations, advertising, collateral, and online driven communications.
Dawn's breadth of experience, in multiple capacities, within the food industry encompasses industrial, foodservice and consumer package goods. This range of perspective gives her the ability to approach the company's marketing structure, presence and communication with unique insight and flexibility.
Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from The Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
Mike O'Hara - Director of Operations
As a key member of the management team Mike is responsible for all manufacturing operations activities related to meeting production demands, supporting R&D, new product introductions, and working closely with the supply chain team. His working relationships through out the organization, strategic planning, and superb execution has ensured Vegetable Juices leadership position in the industry.
Guillermo Casanova - Director of Engineering
Guillermo oversees all planning and execution efforts for the engineering and maintenance functions. His strategic thought leadership has prepared the company for new capital investment programs, technology platforms and innovative product offerings. Guillermo also provides leadership around the implementation of continuous improvement, technical oversight for energy management and occupational health, safety and environmental regulatory compliance.
