Vegetable Juices, Inc., was founded in 1928 by Dr. Dominic Rolle, a well-known food technologist. Dr. Rolle was dissatisfied with the way processed vegetables lost their savory characteristics during dehydration. He and his team set out to create a more satisfying way to flavor manufactured foods and subsequently developed an innovative line of vegetable juices, including our garlic and onion juice products which are still widely used today.
Over the years, VJI has continued to be on the forefront of innovative vegetable ingredient conversion. Our product lines now include an array of natural and fresh vegetable product systems and features which offer the flavor, color, texture and nutritional benefits of fresh vegetables.
